Shipping costs
For CD orders shipped within Germany by Deutsche Post, DHL, HERMES or another shipping service provider, we will charge a shipping cost of 3,19 € Euros. This shipping cost is calculated independently of the order value. Further information about this and the shipping costs for the other regions (Europe and World) can be found in the following overview.

The shipping costs relate to orders in household quantities. In case of large orders with more than 20 items, a higher shipping fee will be charged. This will be communicated separately in the order confirmation and before order processing and delivery. If you have any questions concerning large orders, please do not hesitate to contact us.
 
Delievery
Our shipping services
Your orders will be delivered by Deutsche Post, DHL or the service provider HERMES. Which shipping company is commissioned depends on the scope of your order.

Packaging
For the delivery of small quantities (eg 1-2 CDs), we generally use standard shipping bags delivered by Deutsche Post. This allows us to maintain our favorable shipping costs while ensuring that the goods arrive safely. For larger orders, we use parcels delivered by DHL or Hermes.

Shipping time
Sobald Ihre Bestellung und Zahlung bei uns eingegangen ist, bemühen wir uns, diese so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten und die von Ihnen bestellten Artikel zu verpacken und versandfertig zu machen. Meist geschieht dies noch am selben Tag oder spätestens (abhängig von der Uhrzeit Ihrer Bestellung oder vom Wochentag) am nächsten Werktag.

As soon as your order and payment have been received by us, we will endeavor to process both as quickly as possible and make your items ready for dispatch. Usually this happens the same day or the next working day (depending on the time of your order or the day of the week). After transferring your order to one of our shipping service providers, we have no influence on delivery speed.

After processing your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you will find out which shipping service provider has been charged. If you receive your order by DHL or HERMES (package or parcel), we will also provide you with a package number to track the shipment online.
